In conjunction with our friends at Rise Flour, we will be participating in Great Performances Latke Festival this year at The Brooklyn Museum. All net proceeds will go to benefit The Sylvia Center, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching healthy eating habits. Additionally, we will be entered into the best latke competition, judged by a panel of celebrity judges. Wish us luck!

Guests will enjoy a 5-course tasting menu designed by AgTech X Chef-in-Residence Denzell Washington and Chef Anna Fitting of A La Minuit utilizing items upcycled from local farms and restaurants.
