Sustainable Sundays at AgTech-X, New York’s only co-working space & living laboratory dedicated to sustainable food and agriculture, is an interdisciplinary Culinary Experience.

 Each event includes culinary demonstrations and a multi-course dinner designed by AgTech X Chef-in-Residence Denzell Washington and Chef Anna Fitting of A La Minuit. Utilizing items upcycled from local farms and restaurants, the Chefs explore various techniques to facilitate waste reduction in everyday food preparation. Dinners take place monthly at AgTech-X.
